Run your bookings on us, and we’ll fill your empty seats.

EBB is booking software for local experience businesses: pottery studios, climbing gyms, bars that run trivia. Your customers book and pay on your own page. Nudge members fill the seats you choose, and you’re paid after each session.

1 · Run your bookings

A schedule, a public booking page, rosters and check-in

Your own customers find a time, book, pay and get a confirmation. You set the cancellation policy. Stripe pays out daily for sessions that have happened. Front desk sees tonight’s roster on a tablet, even offline.

2 · Fill your empty seats with Nudge

You choose which seats Nudge may fill and at what price

Whatever system you use, Nudge members get booked into the seats you offer. Rosters reach you Wednesday evening; unfilled seats come back to you before the session, at a time you set. You’re paid after each session.

Fees, in one block

Nudge’s fee is 10% of your price on Nudge bookings: 5% from you and 5% from the member by default, plus card processing. A member never pays more than $50.00 for one experience.

Direct bookings carry no Nudge fee. Card processing still applies.

Your customers stay yours

Direct bookings are between you and your customer: their name, email and phone are yours, and EBB never markets to them. Nudge members are Nudge’s: you see a first name, last initial and door code, which is all a front desk needs.

Nudge seats are a channel you control. Turn them off for a date, change the price, or stop any time.
