Venue agreement

You are the seller of every experience you list on EBB and of every seat you give Nudge. You set your prices, your cancellation policy and your Nudge seats.

Nudge’s fee is 10% of the experience price, split between the member and you (5% each by default), plus card processing on paid bookings. Payouts go to the bank account you connect through Stripe after each experience.

You keep your own customers’ data. Nudge never markets to the customers who book on your page.
